Bad Blogger! Bad!

Okay, so it's been two weeks since I've posted. We've just been here and there, and I haven't had a chance to sit down and update. Right now, I'm actually at my grandmother's house staying for a night or two while we wait for our AC unit to be fixed at our house. Yep, it's been averaging around 85 degrees in my house the past few days, and I had to get my baby out of that heat!

Because DK had to work, he had to stay behind. :( It SUCKS that our unit is acting crazy. It's the compressor. And it's a $1,000 repair. SUUUUCKKKKS! But that's life, I guess. And it definitely could be worse.

Anyway, on to happier things. Last week around this time we were in Atlanta hanging out with my sister-in-law. We got a chance to see my dad again, my stepmom, and my sister and a few of their relatives. Then we stopped at one of my aunt's house (on my dad's side) on our way back home. That was their first time seeing Morgan since she was just a few days old. Then we stopped at another one of my aunts' house (on my mom's side) on our way home and just spent some time with family. Then we spent the Fourth of July with another of my aunts (mom's side), her kids (who are all adults now, so "kids" isn't he best word), and other relatives. Her oldest son was home (he's military) with his wife, daughter, and new baby boy! Morgan got to meet her first cousin that's actually younger than she is. :) She showed him how much she loved him by trying to take his paci. Of course I got pictures. :) I plan to post a few soon. I brought my camera here; it's just a matter of me finding the time to do so.

I'm having a blast with my grandmother and little cousins. We're watching a movie. It's 11:30 PM, and my grandmother went to WalMart to get some Turtle Wax to fix the DVD that started skipping. Yes. I'll say it again. My GRANDMOTHER, at 11:30 PM, is at WalMart! She and my cousin should be pulling up any minute now. In case you're wondering if Morgan's hanging out, that would be a no. :) That little silly-willy hit the the sack about 8:30 after eating a nice helping of rice cereal and sweet potatoes. By the way, she started peas a few days ago. She's starting to like 'em. :) And, more importantly, she will be seven months in a few hours. SEVEN MONTHS. Crazy! And it's been the best seven months of my life!

Well, I'll definitely try to post again tomorrow. My cousin and grandma just walked in the door. Back to watching our movie. Fun! :) Hope everyone's having a great week.
